Tony Posnett

Tony has been living in Cambodia for nearly 20 years, on a journey that has included both creating and evaluating development programs, working with individuals and communities experiencing vulnerability and government policy development. He has been a monitoring and evaluation consultant and specialist for over ten years, working with over forty organisations in Cambodia and the region. He enjoys finding ways to improve things through engaging with the challenge of trying to make sense of people’s experiences and indicators to understand why change has happened.

For seven years, Tony served as the country director of an anti-human trafficking NGO, strategically planning new projects and fostering growth. He brings a calm and reflective presence to leadership, creating space for others to connect with themselves and flourish. His educational background includes a Master’s in Development Management from the Open University in the UK and a postgraduate qualification in Economics from SOAS University, London. He loves learning, and his ability to synthesise new information from his reading and articulate the ideas he has absorbed aids others in integrating and comprehending new concepts in a meaningful way.

Pisey Leng

Innovation has been a consistent element of Pisey’s journey through her work with the community, NGOs, and the private sector. This has involved designing new projects, developing policies, and applying creative thinking in her management of people while collaborating with the government. For over a decade, her area of expertise has centred on providing psychosocial care and counselling to both children and adults experiencing complex trauma. In addition to her direct work with clients, she has served as a programme director, planning intricate technical programmes, designing training curricula, advocating at the national level, and delivering training on psychosocial care and leadership.

Her love and passion for seeing people grow toward their potential have consistently been demonstrated in the changes she has seen in those she works with through her team leadership and individual coaching. She has managed teams for over eight years and has coached a wide variety of people to break unhelpful patterns in their personal lives, work, and leadership. Pisey desires to see people experience freedom and joy, and she has a gift for bringing fun to her work.
