What happens after I book?

You will get an email confirming that your place is reserved, and three weeks before the course, we will email you again with the full details. For some training, we may also send you a pre-course questionnaire. You will need to make a deposit of 50% of the fees 10 days before the training date to confirm your place.

When you join the course, we will give you access to the course materials online. The remaining 50% of the fees will be due by the end of the training. After the training, we will offer the option of group support to help you put the learning into practice; this is included in the course cost.
